Notice

To the Creditors of Isaac Mullender

 Inn Keeper in Lockerbie.

Mr. Mullender finding himself unable to satisfy the demands that were upon him, convened a meeting of his Creditors upon the 28th ult. when, after considering a state of his affairs, were unanimously of opinion, that his effects should be immediately inventoried and valued, and a trust-deed granted; and proper persons having been suggested, and approven of, such inventory and value have been since taken, and a trust-deed executed; but as some of the Creditors failed to attend, the Trustees have appointed another meeting in Mr. Mullender's house, upon Monday the 14th current, for the purpose of their receiving instructions from the Creditors, with regard to their future conduct in the execution of the trust. - It is therefore requested, that the whole Creditors will attend this meeting; but if it is will inconvenient for them to attend it, that such will signify their acquiescence in the trust, and in such measures, as may be adopted by the majority of the Creditors at such meeting, by letter, address to William Pool, merchant in Lockerbie, one of the Trustees.
